Cancellation & Refund Policy

E-content you purchase from AK Consulting FZE (AK Sustainability Advisory.com  are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase with a valid reason.

When a refund is granted, we’ll remove access to the eBook and your money will be returned. To submit a refund request, please contact us.

Re-Downloading

If an E content becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can re-download it from your AK Sustainability Advisory.com account.

Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation of your scheduled online consulting session with AK Sustainability Advisory.com

1.  If the customer cancelsor re-schedules their appointment at least 48 hoursahead of your scheduled appointment, you will not be charged and 100% Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer
2.  If the customer cancels or re-schedules their appointment within 48hours of their scheduled appointment, customer will be charged 50% of the duration of their appointment. Balance refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Please allow for up-to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
